Help a noob out with AIO

First time having an AIO and I just had some general questions.
1.) How high is the water in the back chamber supposed to be. I’ll list a photo as to how I have it currently. All the levels are at a similar height. The water is white because I just added sand.

2.) how would you manage flow. It’s a 47 gallon and currently I have a 1250 pump, 450, and my return is 375. Both of my pumps are towards the back top half of the aquarium in opposite sides facing each other.

Not sure which AIO you are using but I’d say the water level is too high based on photo.

In an AIO the water level in the display should remain constant due to the overflow weir. Usually, the water level in third chamber housing the return pump should be lower than the others.

Drop the tank level by an inch and see how the level in the overflow looks.
Don't toss the water - keep it to adjust later

Little bit too high!
If your pumps are running pull water out like others have said. What do you have in your back chambers? And what hieghts are the different baffles? It's easier to explain if you can provide a quick sketch of the aio in cutout form

This is how I've got mine setup, others should confirm if the way to go.

In my experience with my AIO tanks I run the sump area depth to where water is just barely water falling into the return pump section.

Okay here’s a diagram with how it looks currently. Feel as if it’s kinda close to the top of my heater but I may just have to go smaller

I think you have a good layout and your projected water levels are solid!
If the dropoffs create bubbles/microbubbles they're probably too far, so you should be good.
