Hello,

My name is Wes and I live near Pittsboro, NC. What used to be rural and now is growing too fast. It is nice to have a few tanks to look at and relax. :)

I have had a 30 gallon long FW tank for over 20 years that is heavily planted with mostly tetras and mollies/platies/cories/etc in it. Just simple and common fish. I also have a 5 gallon FW shrimp tank and 1,300 gallon outdoor koi pond.

I also just set up a 30 gallon EH SW tank on last Saturday (8/1). I have live sand and some live rock in it right now. I want to add some easy corals to it eventually, once I get a clownfish in there and maybe a snail and/or a shrimp or two in there in the next few weeks. I still have a lot to learn, so I am doing a lot of reading and watching right now.

I look forward to the discussions and any eyeball contacts with locals.

Best regards,
Wes
