As titled, looking for ideas. Currently using Inkbirds and Aqueon fixed temp heaters in my other tanks, but I rarely check temp to see if it is actually working.
I understand titanium heaters are currently in style. Can anyone say what reliability to expect with the following? How accurate are the temps, etc.?
1. Amazon titanium heaters, e.g. Hygger 200W titanium with controller ($55)
2. Finnex 300W titanium heaters (w/o controller: $46; w/controller ($96)
3. Helio 200W titanium heater ($120): This would be ideal, or the two probe versions for redundancy
If the Helio is the only one that's accurate, then so be it, but if there's not real performance/reliability gain between Helio and an amazon heater, then I'll probably stick to my inkbird + budget titaniun heating element.
Thanks!
