Hawaiian Harlequin Shrimp - ISO

I'm looking for a pair or a female Hawaiian Harlequin Shrimp (Hymenocera picta)
Does anyone knows a LFS that has it?

With collecting in Hawaii shut down recently, you may have some difficulty sourcing them from that region, unless a supplier happens to have some in stock prior to the closure.

Hawaii collections apparently won't open until a valid environmental impact assessment is performed. The trouble as I see it is that the collectors, unless they work together as a group, won't have the financial resources to get that done.
