Red Sea Reefer 350 was getting delivered yesterday. This is what was delivered. Refused the shipment so now I have to wait a little longer for my tank..... Truck driver said it was hit with a forklift.

Still waiting for a reply from Red Sea. Even though I bought it through BRS, they said I have to deal with the company directly for replacement.

Yeah I have encountered that kind of issue before. Red sea will take care of you. This is a pretty common thing sadly.

Just received it two days ago. Have to wait until Friday to put it together (5 year old son will be in school and I don't work on Fridays) so I should have some time without interruptions (and 5 year old help) then.
