I hate to say this but coralline will come without this supplement once your tank has been appropriately seeded. This supplement won’t help with that.

DO NOT mix it into all for reef. You will precipitate calcium carbonate.

Certainly, but there's no reason to think it has anything important not already in the All For Reef.

So right on the front of the package it says 1ml will raise dKH by 0.3. If you are only using 2ml of AFR daily you dont need or want this. Do you know your daily alk consumption?

Sorry this is snake oil. Your parameters are perfect for coraline, it will come. You’d be better off getting a small chunk of coralline covered rock from another hobbyist if you want to speed it along. I’ve also heard of people breaking up a piece of coralline and pouring the tiny fragments into their tank to “seed” it.
