I have these hard white specs in my tank. They are all over my pumps, powerheads, rock, and tank walls except the glass. I can scrape them off but they seem like salt deposits or something. I have had these for as long as I can remember, but I am a noob to tanking and this forum so thought I would ask. See pics.

Both are OK and not of concern?
Yes. Nerite snails probably won't hatch but if they do, that's fine. Spirorbid worms are almost like "mini" feather dusters. The only downside ( which you're experiencing), is that they can grow to out of control numbers and sometimes cause things like pumps or powerheads to stop working. Other than that they filter your tank.

These worms feed on algae and are fairly easy to scrape off with edge of an old credit card or similar. They end up in plumbing and sumps also

Those guys embedded themselves in my magnetic cleaner and irreparably scratched the glass. Using that magnetic cleaner was one of the most regrettable things I ever did, all because of sprirorbids.
