Is my hammer dying some of it looks fine but some parts look like they are dying?

Whats your parameters?

Could it be splitting? There will be mini tentacles upon new growth

I do see the area you are mentioning though
parameters are
ammonia-0
ph-8
nitrite-0
nitrite-0
phosphates-8.0 I know its super high i am currently trying to get it down tomorrow i was going to go to the store to get some phospogaurd for my tank but phosphates never have been a big problem for some reason

Looks fine to me. If you don't see any skeleton from it retracting than you should be fine. It could be from anything to water flow or lighting, or even it could be splitting. Give it time and just keep an eye on it. Also get those phosphates down before the explosion of nuisance algae

Zero nitrates 8.0 phos mag 1250.

Should be
Nitrates 10- 25
Phos.03-.1
Mag 1375-1425.
What is the tank size and light being used.
What do you have for flow
Full tank picture under white light
How old is the tank
Water source
Water change schedule
What other coral do you have in the tank
