Hard to see but I thought hammers split. Is that a new head? There’s 2 of them ones on the other side.

My hammer is splitting for the first time in my tank. The 1 head started looking like 2 heads down the middle of the polyps. It has been about 2 weeks and tonight after light out I can see the tip of the base more clearly and the other head is splitting as well.

My polyps do not extend as much as yours so it might be easier to notice on mines. I'm hoping one day the polyps extend like that
