Hello everyone, can anyone suggest what I need to do to combat hair algae problem I am having in my tank?

Your tank looks EXTREMELY new.
Manually remove it from the glass, add a good cuc, perform regular maintenance and water changes, and monitor your parameters.

This may also be helpful - scroll down past the nitrogen cycle.

Manually remove it from the glass, add a good cuc, perform regular maintenance and water changes, and monitor your parameters.
