Yesterday I received my first anemone haddoni that I ordered, apparently it arrived with its mouth open a little and 24 hours later it still has its mouth open. The aquarium is about 5 months old, I know it's a little young but I've been measuring all the parameters and everything seems pretty stable that's why I decided to take the step.
This is the photo of his arrival, you could see his mouth open and with charcoal from the shipment in his mouth. The water was not completely transparent.

This is how it looks 24 hours after introduction to the aquarium. Acclimatization was done by drip for approximately 45 minutes. On the seller's recommendation. The anemone stuck to the lower area of the stone in less than 5 minutes from its introduction.

Currently it is like this, approximately 30 hours after its introduction into the tank. The way I see it, the mouth seems a little more closed.

The parameters of the aquarium are:
salinity: 1025
calcium:400
ph.8.1
Mag: 1350
ammonia: 0
nitrite:0
Nitrate: 20
Phosphate: 0.06 (I have raised a little during the last week)
Kh: 8.6

How do you see it? I have read about antibiotic treatment in a hospital aquarium. Do you think it is necessary or will you wait to continue seeing how it evolves? At no time has it deflated or anything since introduction to the aquarium.
Greetings and thank you.

Do you have any other anemones in your tank? How deep is your sand bed?

It looks okay aside from the open mouth. I'd give it a couple of days to settle in and hopefully the mouth will tighten up. If it deflates, consider moving it to a QT tank.

Currently I have a green bubble anemone and a small Heteractis aurora, I decided to introduce the haddoni because I see the others in good health.

Regarding the haddoni, it seems that it has opened its mouth again, it deflated for a few minutes and inflated again to recover the same appearance as this morning.
Attached photos.

Here when the haddoni deflated.

This is how it is currently. Very similar to the state after spending 24 hours in the aquarium. At the moment it is still stuck to the rock.
