Did a 2min dip and gentle scrub of all my frag disc zoas on Friday bc I was seeing some algae on the stalks.

Sunday night and 90% of them still tightly closed up.

Things I'm doing (and interject your thoughts) to help them rebound

1) turned off all lights except for UV violet light. Meaning same light schedule but only violet lighting...

2) dosing Red Sea Color A Iodine+ a little heavier. Daily routine is to dose 5ml first thing in AM. Up'ed to 8ml both Sat/Sun

3) Considering buying some Lugols red iodine off the pharmacy shelf and dosing 1 eye drop ever morning BUT don't want to O.D. iodine/iodide with yhe continued use of Red Sea Iodine+

THOUGHTS???
