Good afternoon,

Most of you won't remember me but I came to one meeting last year right after I had put my first reef setup on layaway. Life happened and I wasn't able to get back but now things are straight and I finally got my aquarium!!! I set it up over this weekend and am really excited about getting to some meetings. I saw that the next one is June 10th? I won't be able to make that one since I'm taking my daughter off to college that weekend (omg!) but after that I really hope to make it. Can someone please put me on the list to get notified of the meetings so I can join up again??

Also, if anyone lives in the North Knox/Halls area who wouldn't mind taking a look at my setup in person to make sure I didn't mess anything big up I'd really appreciate it. This is my first reef tank. It's a 75 gal one with a sump in the stand under it.

Below is a pic of the tank. My 16 yr old son did the rock stacking. I think he did pretty well for no experience! Of course I was a nervous wreck the whole time and probably told him to be careful at least 100 times, lol!

Hi , welcome back! Your tank looks great ,the only thing I see that you might want to change is that the rocks are a little close to the side glass which might make a harder to clean.

Ok, thank you. Hadn't thought about that! And I've had aquariums for years, lol. Just not saltwater/reefs. Too excited to think I guess!

I got it at The Aquarium on Papermill. They drilled it for me and got the plumbing ready to just put together once I got it home.

And KJ is right on about the rock being a bit too close to the sides.
