Adding to this:if it is out and waving around, flow is fine. if the polyps look retracted it may be too much. conversely, if they are out and super puffy and not moving, there isn't enough. hope that helps
I have some gsp in 3 tanks. Some gets moderate flow some gets blasted. It doesn't seem to care either way.

It has been a while since i had any. if i remember right, if i blasted it, it wouldn't spread as fast, but it also wasn't as pretty to look at. But, as you mention it is super hardy and very much not picky.
There out and waving around just wasn’t sure if they were waving around to much but definitely look ok fully openedif it is out and waving around, flow is fine. if the polyps look retracted it may be too much. conversely, if they are out and super puffy and not moving, there isn't enough. hope that helps
if they are fully extended and waving, you are most likely just fine on flow. There out and waving around just wasn’t sure if they were waving around to much but definitely look ok fully opened

Examples of GSP doing fine being blasted in high flow, and steady medium flow, and low flow, and almost no flow.
