It’s not too often we get excited about a new soft coral strain but this neon green devil’s hand leather coral, a Lobophytum species, is most certainly an exception to that rule. With bright green polyps and an even brighter green base, this is one devil’s hand coral which nearly all reef tanks could entertain. The base coloration of the green lobophytum can be a rich neon green like the specimen above in bright lighting but in other, dimmer conditions the dark green base helps to bring out the bright colored polyps.

Very cool...still have a soft spot in my heart for the yellow fiji.

i would love to have a frag of that but i runing out of room in my tank but i could make room any one in TN have some for sale or trade

mine still growing slow in my 75 gallon so i'm gonna move it to my 125 gallon were my leathers grow fast.

IF ya don't mind... how much did you pay for that sucker and for what size? I'm just surprised I've never seen it before!

Nice coral, but I'm partial to my nuclear green nepthia, just like the way it waves in the water. Actually if I think about it the coolest softie in my opinion is pulsing xenia :)
