i cannot tell what it is... i have 2... they are tiny rings with little tentacles and a white bubble on the tips...

Looks like it could be a cup coral, does it move around at all.
If not what your describing also sounds like a Ball Tip Anemone.

Looks like a baby Rock Flower Anemone possibly. Is that a Rock Flower Anemone above it that's overexposed in the photo? If so, that is most certainly what it is. The purple spiral critter in the upper right is a Vermetid Snail - they send out spider web-like filaments that they use for feeding which is irritating to corals that it touches, so if the numbers increase they can become problematic.

That is a mushroom, not a Rock Flower, so that is probably not a baby Rock Flower Anemone. Honestly, there are several critters that look like your pic at that size. I'd keep an eye on it, and post back with another photo when it grows a bit.

I agree... I looked at pictures of ricordea corals and they dont look like what I have... its weird... I know it sounds funny... but there is a nipple looking thing in the center that sticks out...
thats becuase it a rhodactis and I should drink coffee before posting. Thats the mouth. feed it.

Appears to be a cup coral yet if it doesn't have a skeleton I'm inclined to say it's a a small nem. I have the same in my tank but haven't had time to run a quick genetic test on em. If you look in your tank at night there may be more than one, seem to spread quickly.
