Good enough flow for torch?

Hi all can someone review my yt short on my torch for flow, just got an MP10 for my shallow 12g tank (10 gallon display). It looks like too much flow but this is basically my first ever torch so just wanted to make sure its safe
MP10 is also on lagoon setting on the lowest I can get it

Looks good. That’s about what mine is set on and it’s happy.
Probably can handle more if needed.
