i am looking at getting a used prostar 90. I am weary about getting another used tank as I had a 60 gallon cube bust a seam on me back in Jan. Had the tank running for 6 months and water went everywhere! So now I am getting back into it and found this prostar 90 which seems like a good deal. Wanted to see if anyone had any opinions. Cost is $500 for the set up. Let me know what you think!

I was told it’s a 2 year old tank and they had it running for those 2 years but took down about a month ago because they didn’t have time for it.

Biggest thing I am going to look at are the seals and if there are any air bubbles in those seams. As well inspect the internal seals to make sure they are intact. Any other recommendations for looking at a used tank?

Holy moly 2 years. That tank looks immaculate. They cleaned it well.

Seems like a very good deal. You’re taking a risk on any used tank. Heck these days you’re taking a risk on ANY TANK.

I’d buy it for 500 tomorrow if it was near me lol. Use those savings for coral or upgrades
