Had Pixel phones years ago and liked the camera well enough. Some where along the line I switched to samsung. I've been happy for the most part but after using the S23 ultra for a few months I've been disappointed with the camera. Images are just cooked too much. Over saturated and over sharpened. Shooting coral has been very challenging to say the least. I know I can make good images but I would rather just take decent shots. If I have to edit everything I'll use a camera and PC. I picked up a Pixel 8 pro yesterday and snapped these pics this morning. Strait out of the camera with no editing and no filters and stock setting on new phone. These are probably the closest to colors I see looking at the tank than I have ever taken with a phone. Just a few snapshots. More to come layer
