Hi,
I just moved my 2 clowns and a Royal Gramma from my 20 gallon QT tank to a 150 gallon display tank yesterday morning. The royal Gramma seems to have found a place where they like to hide and has kind of settled in. The two clowns are glass surfing in the back of the tank.
Any thoughts on how to reduce the stress, or when this should be a concern? The display tank and QT tank water were pretty close as I use the same salt and are both new. I did drip acclimate fwiw. I have done a fishless cycle on the main tank (ammonia alert is showing 0) and the flow is higher, as I have a gyre (on 20%), and two MP40s set to about 40%. I have not turned the lights on, and it is in a somewhat dim part of the house. I added some stress relief (Dr Tim's) to the display tank?
Is this just going to be one of those things where they will just settle down after a bit? Is there anything I can do to help reduce the stress?
