I never ran this thing over 40% on my tank. Very powerful pump that I am selling because I am breaking down my tank. I think i have the foam pieces somewhere downstairs, but not 100% sure. I am the second owner of this pump, first owner said it was a year old so that would make it 2 years old now. The wiring is a little lose on the controller side, but caused no known issues (see picture) PM with any questions or concerns
