Well I think that as far as the BOB, EB8 and display there's no difference between the classic and classic lite. I never heard of the lite until this post to be honest
Only difference is the LITE doesn't have a ORP outlet on the head unit. What you interested in is separate from with the head unit

I think the only difference between the classic and lite is the classic has a 2nd PH/ORP port, along with the variable speed ports. I know the classic can have up to 240 modules attached to it, not sure about the lite.

That is true I don't know which I need more I just noticed my one Eb8 went bad yesterday ( still power things) ( I have two) my display is going back to Neptune and I epwant a BOB for float switches
