I was able to take my tank down yesterday for an upcoming house sale. I have the following items available. This is all I have available right now so please don't PM asking what else I have. Prices include shipping if it is in the eastern part of the US.

Eshoppes S-Series 4 generation S-120 Skimmer. This was bought new and used for a year. It really pulls out a lot of gunk. I've owned multiple reef octopus skimmers before this and the Eshoppes did a much better job. In great shape! Retails for $300, selling for $140.

Tunze Eco Chic Refugium LED Light Fixture. This is waterproof and suited for macro-algae growth in a refugium. It grew me loads of cheato. It is mounted magnetically. Very nice! Retails for $80. Selling for $50. Less than a year of use on it.

2 Eheim Jäger Heaters 150 watt. Each retail for close to $30 a piece, selling them both for $35.

West Mariculture Bonsai Reef Structure. This has 73 frag holes. The pedestals are removable so you can mix and match where you want them. This was custom made for a 60 gallon (2 foot) cube so if your tank has those dimensions or more it will fit fine. I even have an extra pedestal. I paid $300. Selling for $150.

Feel free to PM with questions. I'm near DC in Maryland. If your local and want to pick up I'll knock a little bit off the price. Thank you and Happy New Year!
