How long have you had it?

Also what are your water perameters, lighting and is it in a low flow area?

if it's new it's probably just sloughing and trying to get acclimated
Nitrate 9.5ppm

Alk 11.8

Phosphate 0.09

Salinity 1.025

Not sure… i had it for a couple of weeks. It was doing really well then it’s drying. Other coral seems to be doing fine just the frogspawn is doing bad.

Hmm?

what about lighting & water flow? mine only liked lower flow.

parameters look okay but you may want to let alk drop a bit (10) and see how it responds.

mine were good under moderate light (around 150 par) and low to moderate flow.

I see. Flow is low to moderate. Not sure about light. I have it in the middle of the tank. What’s weird is the heads are dying one by one. As soon as one died, the next head would close up and die…

Not dying but stressed. It appears to be expelling its zooxanthellae which is its energy source. other stressors are:
Too much flow
Too much light
Low calcium
High temperatures
Elevated salinity
Thanks a lot! Now I wonder if it has to do with my salinity… It was dropped to 1.024 previously and I stopped the ATO in order to get it back to 1.025..

Euphyllia corals like these are prone to bacterial infections due to the nature of their tissue and can get cut easily during handling and shipping. I have an antibacterial in tank treatment that is safe. You can treat in the tank or dip. Up to you. Reef Rx by Blue Life U.S.A. It may help.

Worth a try. Thanks a lot!
