A while ago we grabbed a remora from a store that was bycatch. At the time he was 6 inches now he is close to 20. We just want to find him a good home so if you know of one or you maybe able to house him he would be an amazing addition. He currently eats pellets or anything we put into the tank. He will literally eat out of your hand. Please help me find Harold the Remora a good home!

Just incase anyone else was thinking this we have tried the local aquariums in central florida to no avail and he normally just hangs out suctioncupped to the glass.

You try the Gulfarium on Okaloosa Island? Cool fish. Caught a few while out fishing. They are not shy and will hang out right next to the boat looking for scraps.

We have we actually got in touch with a few aquariums that way but alas no one wants Harold haha
Hey I recalled seeing someone with a huge tank that would have space for it... I could not remember their Facebook page for the life of me... finally ran into them again! Anyway if you still have it I'd try reaching out to them... they have several sharks, rays and other exotic fish. I followed their build on Facebook don't know if they are on reef2reef

Been reefing a long time and I never would’ve imagined seeing a Remora haha!

I hope you can find him a home in a large public aquarium. If not, taking Harold off-shore and releasing him might be best for the little guy.
