Michelle L. "Mick" Walsh, M.Ed., Ph.D. is the Department Chair, Marine Environmental Technology at Florida Keys Community College in Key West, FL. She teaches marine science, aquaculture courses, and conducts research on marine ornamental species.

She will talk about the Tropical Ornamental Mariculture Technician Program at Florida Keys Community College, the facilities, and the types of marine ornamental research projects they are engaged in – particularly as part of our partnership with Rising Tide Conservation.
