Hey reefers I have a 200 gallon 60x30x24 lps/sofites. How much turn over should I have? I have 2 nero7 at 35 percent on the back glass that’s 1468 each. And 2 Red Sea wave 45 at 40 percent witch should be 1200 gph each is this to much for lps corals? Or do I need more flow?

Good starting point. The coral will tell you what they want. Wether it’s too much or not enough
I like that answer!

I once set up a new tank and put a pool circulation pump on it to sweep the tank clean and flush everything into the sump. I added a blue tang and swam the poor fish to death in two days. I didn’t believe my wife who warned me that the current was too strong, and I didn’t notice she was correct until it was too late. I don’t know what I was doing but I was not paying attention to the livestock, just fiddling around with the new set up.
