Looking for a review of the current flow in my tank and any recommendations. I've got a 20 Gallon IM Nuvo Fusion Pro 2 with the factory 326 GPH Mighty Jet turned all the way up and an AI Nero 3 set at 2% (673 GPH) mounted on the upper third of the left side glass aimed behind the rock work. As you can see I've got a light dusting of cyano across the sand bed, across the whole tank and some building up on the front of the upper rock work as well. I shot video while feeding frozen Mysis with all the pumps on so you could see the flow around the tank.

Any recommendations? Does this look like sufficient flow? I'm looking to keep LPS, and based on the numbers I should be in a good range (50x turnover). I've noticed that my RFA's tentacles don't really sway in the current. They are pretty stationary. They are able to grab up the Mysis I broadcast feed to the tank with no issue.

I could increase the flow of the Nero 3. Or I was thinking about adding an additional Nero 3 on the opposite side of the tank in front of the rock work, placing it child mode also at 2% following the first Nero 3, increasing the flow in front of the rock work.

Thoughts? TIA! IMG_4493.PNG IMG_4494.PNG

Not sure why you would look to add another powerhead when the one you have is barely running, one is more than enough flow for a tank this size.

Just to better control the flow. I could increase the power of the one that's in there, but then there would be more intense flow close to the powerhead and I would have to increase it enough so that the flow bounced off another surface and worked it's way around the aquarium in a more uncontrolled manner. If I added another, and also set it low, I could still have less intense/gentle flow closer to the Powerheads while still achieving the same end result (more overall flow and less dead spots).
