Hi guys

I wonder if anyone can help. I am new to this so I am sorry if this seems basic! I have a 10 gallon Nuvo that has been running for 3+ months and looking to add LPS/SPS at the 6 month mark providing water is stable. I currently have a Eheim 600 which is set at 600L/H with a SW-2 wave maker, H20 ATO and a RS50 LED set at 40% on both blue and white. I currently have two clowns and a cleaner shrimp which are doing well.
My question is about flow….
What is the ideal flow rate from the return pump in an LPS/SPS tank? Thanks for your help.

The turn over rate of your tank is not as critical as the flow of your wavemaker. In my 10g Fijicube I run an MP10 in a mixed LPS/SPS. Your flow should follow your lighting, ie: the more intense the light the more flow. Also, your light may not be optimal for SPS, I have one on my temperate tank and I really want more out of it.
