Flatworm ID, flukes?

Almost at my whits end with this tank found this flatworm on the glass... can only see the one. Have a 300 litre tank so no doubt there's more! Can anyone ID it? Is it good/bad?

I've heard people use flatworm exit, is there a UK alternative?

Not a fish parasite, but could be a coral pest (I'm not up on those, something called Convolutriloba maybe?)

Thanks, at least it's not a fish parasite. I added a skunk shrimp to the tank yesterday, may have got in that way as I've not seen any since having the tank for 4 weeks now. Really should have quarantined the shrimp.
