I can't really get pictures so sorry about that but i just lost 2 clowns 2 ich i presume because they were covered in white spots around the face and now only noticed today my Flame Angel has both its eyes cloudy and now struggling at the bottom.
Basically just need to know if there is any hope of recovery its late and i was gonna do the freshwater dip to it and my other 2 tangs in the morning.

Could it be at the bottom because of only its struggle to see atm or is it a more deep issue no loss of colour no nothing else wrong just seen today the cloudy eyes.

Is there a chance for recovery or is it a bigger issue just any hope or anything would be appreciated.

There is likely a bacterial issue, I would be concerned about the quality of your water. Please answer the following.
Tank size ?
Filtration ?
Maturity ?
Water changes ?
Do you use RO or Tap water ?
The above questions are to address future issues.
Regarding the angel and the other fish, the best option is to remove them and put them in a quarantine tank where you can treat the fish. To start with Seachem Kanaplex is going to treat the bacterial issue and the cloudy eyes. Do you have a QT tank available, do you have Kanaplex, Metroplex, Ruby Reef Pro or Methylene blue ?

I forgot to add that I would not recommend a FW dip, I think that the fish will not handle this basic on your briefing.

Also please take a picture or two for better verification.

I would go pick up a QT tomorrow, since you are already having loses, it is likely more will follow.

Quarantining everything wet is the answer then asking yourself if more fish is worth the hassle and risk of losing them all.

If you have been wiped out that many times in 3 years, then it is not likely to ever stop without QT since I am guessing you only have so many sources of fish to pick from (not in the states?).

How much would a quarantine tank cost though to set up and how long do they stay in there before going into a main tank

A QT tank is significantly less than the cost of fish. Especially since you have had multiple loses.

My current QT tank is just a tote with some clay pots to hide in, heater, power head and some $2 bioballs. My other QT was occupied and it is what I had on hand but it got the job done.

Fallow is 45 days but you will need to treat the shark some other way. I think I remember you had one.
