It's probably hiding. Check around the tank to make sure it didn't jump out, but otherwise be patient and I bet you'll see it tomorrow.
(There's a reason people advise to have enough hiding places for the fish...)

A fish that was just put into a new environment will quite often hide well at night... wouldn't you? ;)

Mine hid so good for the first week. Only came out when feeding and then quickly back to hiding. Hope all is good.

These guys hide well in crevices and even under a rock and have a talent of playing dead when scared. Its likely adjusting to environment and should come out tomorrow at feeding. As they are easily spooked, you may want to step back from tank to see if comes out

I wouldn’t. You’re just risking a bunch of uneaten food dirtying up your tank. Crawl into bed and forget about until morning. If it is a healthy fish and your water parameters are good, you’ve got little to worry about.

Mysis and Brine shrimp are good enticers and food such as LRS Fish Frenzy welcomed by this type of fish. Flakes such as Formula one and prime reef also good staples

When I add a new fish, I just stay away from the tank for a day and watch from far.

You have to consider how stressful and scary the move is from the LFS to your tank, if you hang around the tank, you are like a predator circling them.

They have to get used to the tank, when lights are on and off, when is feeding time, they will eventually get to know you and won't fear you. This all takes time.
