First post about my tank! Will send updates here along the way. (If anyone ever has any suggestions/concerns, please be nice! I’m doing as much research as I can and am open to constructive criticism).

I allowed the tank to fully cycle for about a month, then I added my corals and fish!

Green star polyps (GSP), which I added to the back of the tank because the hermit crabs kept flipping it over:

And my newest member of the tank, Patrick the sand sifting starfish (note: a couple of his limbs are smaller because the pet store I got him at had a wrasse bully him, so I got him like that):

That’s my family so far! There are some cheato algae, a hermit crab, 3 zoa frags (pink diamond, spyro, and scrambled egg), a duncan frag, and a sinularia frag on the way.

I’ll update this thread as often as I can! Let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

If you had posted this in the meet and greet forum you would have gotten more greetings from the members but no worries lol. Anyhow looks like you’re off to a good start look forward to seeing your progress!

Haha I didn't know if the tank build thread had to be separated from the greeting forum, so I just posted both. Thanks! I'll be sure to update whenever I get something new in.
