It's going in a IM 20G AIO. The highest point is 9 inches with the top of the tank 13 inches. The last photo has me putting one last rock in. It's about 18 pounds of rocks. I plan to use putty and super glue (gel) to put this together. Any thoughts or words of wisdom? Uncharted territory here...

It looks pretty impressive.
I would put it in the tank, before making final adjustment. You need some flow around the rock.
I use gravity for my rock-scapes, so not much experience with putty and super glue for that, but you could also consider reef cement
