Sorry for the bluelight photo.

I notice this little white sore on the back of my fire fish. Fast forward two days and it looks like it's eating all the way through him.

Any ideas and best course of treatment?

This does look like bite marks opposed to injury
Can you list what other fish are in the tank with it.
How is the fish breathing, normal or labored?
Is fish still eating?

Regarding treatment- will be best using seachem kanaplex in a quarantine tank with air stone for added oxygen

Fish are eating and acting normal, no visible aggression. Wonder is something is attacking him under the rock he sleeps in ?

Start here , Asap hospital the fish ,fresh salt mixed at 018 , 81 degree water , find some live tubifex worms , yes I realize I'm at risk of not being a expert in this topic lol

That's a fine start, but they should add an antibiotic such as Neoplex or Kanaplex, and the tubifex can be replaced by any food that the firefish eats well.
The lower salinity and higher temperature will help it heal.
