A super male fairy wrasse of some sort...
i like the fairy wrasse suggestion. good one! also how about a goby of some kind? i love my yellow watchmens and they take care of the food that hits the bottom of the tank. while they are not big swimmers mine stay out in the open quite a bit. oh keep in mind i obtained a pair. generally 2 will fight if it is not a pair.
