I have something living in my Lobo. It has one filter feeding fan like the Porcelain Crabs have and looks to be black in color. I think at one time I could see what looked like a beak opening and closing when the fan came out. My best guess is that it is a Barnacle. Here is a video.

I've never seen a fan worm pull the fan into their mouth though. That's not a very good video though. I'll try and get a better one when I get time.

Your guess is correct. That is a barnacle. Tough to keep alive very long in an aquarium. Very cool though. I love how they grab at the water.
