Hello! I have a bulkhead that is leaking a bit and I am looking to 3D print a tool to better tighten it. I have a 32mm bulkhead from Fijicube and it is branded as a 32mm Flowcolour bulkhead. The dimensions I found on Aliexpress seem to indicate that the male "nut" portion is 52mm wide.

Can someone who has one of these bulkheads handy confirm the measurement so that I can 3D print a tool to better tighten the bulkhead that is inside my overflow?

I bet if you sand the imperfections out of the bulkhead where the seal sits it will stop.
Thanks but it is only leaking as I moved the tank. Prior to the move, it was fine and I just need a way to tighten the top portion from inside the bulkhead since the pipes were moved a bit and likely loosened this up to cause the leak.
