Hi Everyone,

I started my tank a year and a half ago with one large clown. I purchased another smaller individual, quarantined it, and added it a year ago and all has been fine until lately. Up until then, and still now, they host the same anemone.

The larger individual has started biting the face/lips of the smaller clown. Should I remove it, quarantine it, and treat it? If so, can I re-add it after? Or is it best to leave it in the tank to hope it heals? It is still eating, and not showing any signs of stress.

I have attached photos of both clowns. Please pardon the glass.

Thanks!

So they look to be about the same size from the pictures. Are they nipping or like trying to kill eachother fighting?
