Feather duster? Aiptasia? Something else on my ricordia?

Trying to figure out what is living in my Ricordia. I’m hoping the answer is harmless feather duster but want to make sure it’s not Aiptasia or some other horror lurking and waiting to ruin tank life. Thanks for your help!! Including pics and a video in case seeing movement is somehow helpful.

Does it retract into a tube if you move something near it?
Yes it disappears completely. I put the video because it hides even if I do something like open the lid so I did that to show it hiding.

Yes it looks like a feather duster...Good indicator that your water is good since they like to filter feed. I had mine multiply in my tank, love how they look...I feed mine with Brightwell "REEF SNOW" once in a while to give them a little extra food. I try to target feed them, which some times is hard...I found shutting all pump off is best...
