Do you use plugs for the base of Euphylia and Fimbriaphylia? Do you pop it off with a razor? Saw it? Or naw, I have cracked too many skeletons...not worth it. Haha, just want to know everyone's thoughts.
I just pop it off as often the glue is weak already.
I did this with my Hammer when I got it as a 2 head frag. Ever since that I now have a 13-15 head hammer that’s loving life :)
You can see the hammer on the left side of this photo.

I also have 3 other Fimbriaphyllia/Euphyllia however I have never removed the frag plugs from them. My frammer is in the bottom of the photo above and below is my Hellfire Torch which you can see the plug of.

I only remove the plugs if they stick out like a sore thumb but generally they hide in with my rocks and I get away with keeping them on the coral.
