Just implemented this fuge into my frag tank system. Any thoughts on its turnover rate?

Sorry, not sure what method would work.

For a remote fuge, (everything I've heard) is go as slow as you can. It appears you have done just that!
That's where you want the most contact time of your water to whatever is inside your fuge.

I've read the same. I may have to put a small pump/powerhead in there to keep out any Cyano. I just picked up some fern caulerpa and chaeto. Just need to build the light fixture. :)
