I suggest taking a water sample to an LFS that does not use API kits and see what readings they come up with for comparison
Is it breathing normal or labored?
Please furnish a video under white light intensity for best assessment. Also diet you mentioned insufficient. Add Hikari angel formula and LRS herbivore frenzy

Did you happen to quarantine the fish? Are there other fish in the tank - are they healthy?

It never hurts to re-test - however, your API tests (even though they are not set correctly for reading) do not show any significant abnormalities - and when they do, its usually a higher reading (lets say ammonia) than is actually in the tank. So - lets pretend your numbers are ok.

If you didn't quarantine the fish, the likelyhood of a disease is fairly high (depending on the source of your fish). Any other may have been exposed as well. I can't see the video - but - FWIW, the quicker treatment for a disease happens the more likelyhood of survival. As said above - without video, more information, etc, it's hard to recommend anything. I might prepare a hospital tank, and obtain some chelated copper and Prazipro (if you did not quarantine your fish)

Unfortunately only few shops here in karachi keep test kits and all they have is API so thats not an option but i am sure as i did a water change yesterday it might have helped the fish but its not eating and i will surely get the food you told but it is important for the fish to eat first and yes the fish is breathing heavy I think i should wait for 2 more days as i have done a water change yesterday so lets hope for the best and yeah that fish is alone

So - If I'm understanding correctly you had one fish that died (don't know reason) - and another one with heavy breathing - and no other fish in the tank? FWIW, flukes or velvet often cause symptoms with nothing being visible but - I can't see a video. I assume that there is no scratching, etc. I don't see any Ich, etc. Did you QT/treat these fish?

If breathing heavy can or may be flukes which they are susceptible to. Again - Pics or video under white light intensity will be of help. The pic you posted is fuzzy

I assume that there is a downward flow of water directly where the fish is sitting? It points to gill disease or gill irritation - I don not see anything in your chemistries that would suggest this - and other fish have died - I would suggest - treatment with copper and prazipro - as per protocol - and in this case - as compared to usual - I might treat the fish with both at the same time (which normally I would not recommend) - However, a contradiction to this would be 'is the fish stable or improving' with more or different food. If not - treat it - is my opinion. And I would treat with both together (again as an irregular recommendation)

This species is really prone to flukes. I can't see any ich spots in the video and it just doesn't seem to be breathing fast enough to be Amyloodinium/velvet to me.

Do you have access to praziquantel?
Have you ever given a fish a freshwater dip before?

This fish is struggling and starting with water, how are you testing and filtering the tank? Before throwing into copper, we need more info. Last time it ate, again how tank is filtered, if any medication as flukes too are suspect and would warrant prazi Pro treatment

What foods are you offering it and can you furnish a video of at least 20 seconds under white light intensity?

Well - you could try a freshwater dip. If the fish is too sick, the dip will be fatal, but in that case, the fish was going to die soon any way.

Basically, you carefully catch the fish up and place it in a clean container of freshwater for five minutes, then return it to the tank. Be sure the net you use is very clean, no tank algae in it, etc. then, look at the water at the bottom of the dip container for worms (but a microscope helps with that).

Then, the fish itself will look worse for a day or so after the dip, but then will start to improve if parasites were the problem.
