emerald crab help

So guys i've heard Emerald crabs are good for bubble algae...is this true or false? i only have 1 small bubble algae in a 90g tall...would the crab even find it?

Its actually both, they usually will eat it but when they do they release spores and can start new growth. If you only hvae one bubble just carefully pry it out and toss it.

I've never seen any of mine eat them. I usually just take tweezers to rid them

you have to be careful with tweezers though cuz if the are new they will be hard and you can pick them out if they are older and about to pop the will be soft and easily broke by tweezers

Best way to do it is to gently try and roll them off, or if possible take out the rock and gently pry'em off.
