El WaterBox 25 Peninsula

I’ve been saving up, studying, and working hard to save up $$ -I put some money aside for either a 90 gal discus tank or end my SW hiatus... Finally hit arange where I can acquire a somewhat decent nano aquarium. Going bare-bottom w/ dry rock with only 1-2 fish (NO CLOWNFISH since I refuse to cycle a tank w/ fish) and looking to keep some nice coral before I comfortably upgrade later on... mainly mushrooms and maybe some chill LPS (Chalice).

•Landen Stand (nice stand....but random Amazon company since finding the right size, look, and with weight being in check was impossible+ waterbox discontinued the stand and I’m not paying $500 for it at my LFS LOL)

^This list is just the bare bones and what I’m ordering tonight (except the livestock lol + stand comes tmr) LMK I’ll be fine with making last minute changes¡

!!!!!!! Should I throw in a GHL Profilux Mini or go with the ~$40 switch power bar from Amazon? SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING LMK LMK^
Also is a protein skimmer necessary or should I just add extra bio media?

If you're only planning for a pair of fish, you probably don't need a protein skimmer.
