Which light setting is best to grow SPS coral as well as soft corals. I care about growth the most. Especially the growth of SPS coral. Thanks!!!

Ecotech's Coral Lab paper gives optimal settings for Radions used for coral growth. The paper is found here.

I dont run the Radions on my reef, but there are numerous reefs on this forum that have run them and the Coral Lab program with great results. @d2mini comes to mind, I would check out his build thread if you get a chance - its quite the read.
