eb832 no good?

got home today noticed my tank was running lights were on but no return or powerheads figure the apex went offline like it usually does from time to time so i reset it and waited minutes later no power at all tried to toggle on and off and still nothing but eb832 shows every outlet is on i unpluged it and put it to another surge protector thinking maybe it was done for still same is my eb832 fried

contacted support they said push the breaker on the back of the unit back in but its not goin in
