I really like that rock on the left. Is that one piece or did you shape it out of multiple pieces and glue?

Hi Adele ! It is one piece it’s sorta upside down to create lot of caves for the fish. Roughly 22kgs when I saw it I knew I had to get it

Got my water tested today... cycle is taking longer than expected. Just over 1 month in and there is still some ammonia, small nitrite and no nitrates. Bit frustrating after spending $100+ on Dr Tim's and Stability to try get the bacteria seeded.. oh well, patience it is!

Noticed copepods on my glass today! Very exciting

Really struggling with the stock aqua one skimmer... probably going to bit the bullet and upgrade before it destroy my parents timber floors

Had diatoms starting appearing on the rock, sand and glass this week hopefully a good sign that cycle is ramping up! Copepods are also increasing in number
