Double headed duncan

Just curious if anyone’s ever had Duncan’s that form two heads in one like this one or if it’s a common occurrence?

After seeing this post, I went straight over and checked mine out. I am coming up with about 23 single heads. Double heads would be pretty cool to have though! Lucky.........

Jealous about the 23 heads! mine has 6 currently with the one being a double mutant lol
