Dosing Silicate, sodium silicate 39% or sodium metasilicate penthahydrate can be used?

Hi all, i need your help to develop a recipe in order to dose silicate to fight dino's. Not really able to do that alone.

I can't find waterglas in France (or at least not sure).

All i could find is:
-Sodium Silicate 39% (liquid form) (SiO2)x(Na2O)y.nH2O with molar rapport x/y of 3.4
- Sodium Metasilicate pentahydrate Na2SiO3.5H2O

I have absolutley no idea. I mean, i think that the liquid form one is like 39% of sodium silicate in 61% of water. so i can vaguely figure it out but i am not sure if good to use in reef tank. The second one, i have no idea of what pentahydrate means and how that affect a recipe.

So, my concentration of SI is 26% so i think i must diluite by 260.000fold.
so i have 260.000ppm of silica in 1ml. So, in those 100lt (100.000ml) i add 0.38grams of that product i have 1ppm.

I want to diluite it since i have a precision scale but i don't like to deal with those too little quantities. If i diluite that 0.38 grams in 1000ml of rodi (if is possible), i have to dose 3.8grams in 100liters to rise of 1ppm....is that right?
